Your diet is just one piece of the puzzle. Fitness is essential for overall health and weight management. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, and that’s why I offer low-impact online fitness classes that can be done at home!

These 20 – 30 minute classes are designed with beginners in mind and I walk you through modifications – offering alternatives for different fitness levels and body types. I understand that starting can be daunting, but with a supportive environment and tailored exercises, you’ll be surprised at how quickly you’ll see improvements. Let’s take those first steps together towards a stronger, healthier and happier you.

What you will need

  • Water! It is crucial to stay hydrated.
  • Safe space where you can work out at home: Have a wall, sofa or chair nearby for support with balance and certain exercise modifications.
  • A set of dumbbells (water bottles/food cans with a decent grip works well too):  For strength training exercises.
  • A Yoga Mat: For floor exercises and stretching.
  • Resistance Bands (Optional): Versatile for adding resistance to bodyweight exercises.
  • Towel: Not just to wipe off your hard work! Towels can also be very useful when stretching out tight muscles with poor mobility.
  •  Some cushions/blankets to make stretching easier and to support your knees or back if needed.

Health and fitness have always been a part of my life in some way. But it has recently become a burning passion, fueled by a personal journey that led me to become a nutritional consultant.

My 20s were a rollercoaster of health battles, including chronic pain and an autoimmune disease. It was a wake-up call.

That’s when I truly began to listen to my body. It wasn’t about forcing myself into a mold, but about understanding what my body needed. I discovered the power of food – not just as fuel, but as a tool for healing. I learned to adjust my workouts, allowing my muscles to strengthen gradually, and prioritized the importance of proper sleep.

Through this process, I discovered the incredible potential of nutrition and exercise to heal from the inside out. It was a profound experience, and it ignited a fire within me – a desire to share this knowledge and empower others on their own paths to health.
